US-equity holdings disclosed by famous investors (Buffett, Burry, Cathie Wood…) and companies (e.g. NVIDIA) — from SEC 13F quarterly filings.
SEC EDGAR 13F-HR (공용·출처 SEC EDGAR) · Updated quarterly (13F)
⏱ 13F is a quarterly filing — what you see is at least 45 days old
Showing quarter ended 2026-06-30 (Q2 2026)
Next filings expected 2026-11-14 · Estimated from the quarter-end + 45-day deadline (actual filing dates vary by institution and are often earlier)
Institutions report their quarter-end holdings within 45 days after that quarter ends. So every figure here is a snapshot of a quarter that has already passed, and positions may have changed since. 13F also covers long US-listed equity only — short positions, bonds, cash, non-US and private holdings are not reportable and simply do not appear. This is a record of what these investors held, not a recommendation to buy the same things.
⚠ 13F disclosure limits▾
The % shows ownership of the company (holding value ÷ market cap, approx.), not portfolio weight (e.g., owns 1.5% of the company). 'Holdings' covers long US-listed common equity only; put/call options are directional bets (not ownership) and are listed separately as 'Option positions' (puts = bearish). Convertible bonds and warrants are also 13F-reportable but are not common-equity ownership, so they are split out under 'Bonds & warrants' with no ownership % (a bond's amount is principal, not a share count). When a company has several share classes (e.g. Alphabet A=GOOGL, C=GOOG) each is shown separately by CUSIP; each row's ownership % uses the company-wide market cap as denominator, so the rows add up. A past snapshot — may differ from current.
The '%' is approximate ownership of that company (13F holding value ÷ market cap; quarterly, long equity only), NOT portfolio weight. Most investors hold a tiny fraction, shown as <0.01%. For precise large stakes (5%+) see 'Corporate strategic stakes' (13D/13G) below; puts/calls are not holdings (see 'Option positions').

These are counts of investors holding or buying — not ownership % or a recommendation. 13F is quarterly and lagged up to 45 days, reflecting long US-listed equity only (excludes options, shorts, foreign, cash). Based on the tracked list, so results shift if the list changes.
Corporate strategic stakes (actual ownership)
Each figure = what % of the target company's shares (market cap) the holder owns. Unlike the approximate 13F stake (value ÷ market cap) above, these are precise disclosed ownership. Per SEC 13D/13G·8-K·S-1·IR·major press.
